Package is in good shape. It does have some issues. The top back where the plastic meet the cardboard has let go. The front cardboard in front of the plastic window is slightly wavy. The bottom of the box is slightly curved up. There are some light creases and marks here and there, but still nice to leave in package if you want. The Optimus prime truck without the smoke measures about 3 inches to give you an idea of size.
