The diecut version of card E1 of Topps' 1999 Pokemon First movie collection.

There is noticeable wear on the bottom right edge of the card, so I will not call the condition near mint. If it matters, I believe that this imperfection was caused by production, not wear, as this card has not been handled since the turn of the millennium.
