2025-26 SPx Hockey stays true to its roots, while also giving collectors a modern chase. Designed with the original SPx sets from the 1990s in mind, the new edition combines the shiny and holographic heritage with low-numbered chase cards and autographs.
Eight-pack boxes offer several numbered guarantees, and collectors will rip into every pack hoping to find one of the product’s big hits inside.
The 165-card base set will feature a combination of veterans (#s 1-100), rookies (#s 101-150), and rookie holograms (#s 150-165). Rookies fall four per box, while the rookie holograms are tougher at two per case.
Parallels covering the first 150 cards of the base set are:
The rookie holograms have Blue (/25), Red (/10), and Gold (/1) parallels.
Select base rookies will also have numbered Autograph parallels, including Blue (varied numbering), Red (/25), Gold (/10), and Black (/1).
Collectors are not guaranteed autographs on a per-box basis, making pulling one all the more exciting.
New autograph concepts this year are Typography (1:240 packs) and Cold Steel Signatures (1:270). Returning sets include Rookie Superscripts (1:120) and Superscripts (1:160).
Additional autographs come as parallels to insert sets, many of which have varied production figures. These include:
Other insert Autograph parallels are Finite Rookies (/99), SPx Rookie Force (/99), Salute (/25), and All-Time Holoview (/10).
The fine print: Please read the entire listing before purchasing. All cards shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Hits will be in top-loaders, rookies will at minimum be sleeved, all other cards will ship in a team bag. Per eBay rules, there are no refunds once the live break starts. If you are unable to view the live break, the video will be uploaded on YouTube shortly after completion. If a card is pulled that has multiple players on it, whoever has 51% ownership of the teams will win the card. If nobody has 51% of the teams associated with the card, we will use random.org at the end of the break to determine the winner. This listing is not for a specific pack, box or case of cards or memorabilia. There is No Guarantee we will pull a specific card or player. Pictures in this listing may include images that represent cards or other items which may be available overall in the live break, but do not offer, promise, guarantee or otherwise imply the specific card(s) or other item(s) will be pulled in this break or any future breaks. You are hereby bidding on the opportunity to watch our YouTube Live break. If there is a card pulled that does not have an auction spot, we will use random.org to randomize the card to all auction spots for this break. If a retired player is pulled, we will award it to the team on the card. If no team is on the card, it will be the jersey they are wearing in the picture, then the team they spent time with the longest (if it comes to that). All payments will be through eBay Payments. If a buyer fails to pay on time, their team(s) will be offered up to the group before the start of the break. In the event of a power loss and/or loss of internet service, the break will be put on pause and communication will go out to each winner about when the break picks back up. Refunds are not issued in this case. Bakersfield Hobby cannot assure the claims made by the product companies on their hit guarantees. For instance: If a specific brand claims that there are two autographs per box and we only pull one, this is not grounds for a refund from Bakersfield Hobby.
