Tiny differences on wood grain, slight light color deviation may exist between the sample photo and your delivered instrument, which is normal handmade craft difference. If you need real photos of your specific guitar before shipment, send us a message to request. Hard case shown in photos is only a shooting prop, standard order only includes the guitar itself.

  5. Proof Photos Required For Damaged Shipment Claims

  6. If your guitar arrives broken, deformed or scratched during transit, you must send us 4 types of clear photos within 48 hours after receiving the parcel for us to handle compensation/replacement:

  8. ② Photo of the original outer packaging box & foam protection
  9. ③ Clear photo of the shipping tracking label stuck on the package
  10. ④ Photo of your delivery address/receipt house number
We cannot process damage claims completely without all four sets of valid pictures as evidence.
