Amiibo are character figures that can be enjoyed not only by touching and looking at them,
but also by connecting them to games. They can appear as players or give out special items.
A single Amiibo can lead to a variety of experiences and play in a variety of games.

Bayonetta is one of the near extinct Umbra witches clan.
She's a master of the Bullet arts, can use her hair as a conduit to bring forth infernal demons and ends
up in a battle to save the world.

When you scan your Bayonetta Amiibo you can summon her to the character select screen as an AI companion.
She will fight alongside or against you gaining experience, learning your play style and organically
levelling up to level 50.

You can feed your Amiibo duplicate "spirits" you've collected in the World of light mode.
This grants her stat boosts such as increased attack or defense and unique abilities such as immunity
to hazards or auto-heal.
You can also use it to unlock costumes and cosmetic items without having to find them in your campaign.
