Suggested use - Ages 8+:

Take x 1 softgel daily with or without a meal for 5 days. As tolerated, increase your daily dose by 1 softgel every few days to reach the full dose of x 6 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not exceed the daily recommended intake.
