Vintage Brass South Carolina Driver's Licenses issued to African Americans are extremely RARE!

The vast majority of these early Drivers Licenses were issued to White Males or White Females.

This Drivers License was issued on 2-21-1951 to Eugene Freeman who was a C M (Colored Male) with BLK (Black Hair) BRN (Brown Eyes) weighed 230 lbs. stood 5-11 (5 Foot 11 inches) and was born on 6-27-1919.

License is stamped:
