This Hitachi HDC-14100E is a simple, easy to use, point and shoot. It has a simple menu system and everything works just as it should.

Good bits

General condition: Light signs of use but generally good condition.

Lens: The lens is clean and clear of scratches or marks.

Preview screen: Light surface marks from general use but are less noticeable when powered on.

Power zoom: Works great throughout the entire focal range.
Autofocus: Working as expected.

Dials & buttons: All working and responsive with no paint loss.

Flash: Working as expected.

Battery compartment: Clean and clear.

Memory card slot: Working as expected.

Doors & covers: All in place and secure.

Not so good bits

No concerns were raised on inspection.

Observations/Comments

This camera requires a battery and a charger. Here is a brand new USB Charger & Battery set I have for sale at £19.95. Alternatively, you can source your own; Just search for "NP45 battery and charger".

This camera uses standard SD or SDHC memory cards.
