The Himrod variety is a full flavoured white SEEDLESS
grape which will fruit in this country and is fully hardy.
This is a fast growing grape vine, needing support such as a trellis, pagoda, or fence, or can be grown up and around another climber, or tree. Fruit WILL ripen in this country and you should have edible grapes a year after planting this vine.
You are buying a 10litre pot size grape vine which is approx. 8ft-9ft inc. pot in a 10litre pot . The last two photos show some of the actual vines on offer (taken June 2026) - you are buying one vine which will be sent in its pot at the 8ft-9ft size.
POSITION: Outdoors. In a deep container, or in the ground. Mulch the soil with rich, organic compost, and water in well.Grow against a wall, fence, trellis, or pagoda. Grape vines will cling to everything, but they do need something to hold onto - either wire, string, or canes.
WATERING: Watering in very dry periods is recommended..
PRUNING: Vital for good crops of grapes each year. Prune each stem hard in November / December to approx. 2 buds from the main large stem. Grape vines respond well to hard pruning, and most commercially grown vines are pruned back each year.
