I try and send out lots as I would wish to receive them myself. For small lots I use new card back envelopes, stock cards and plastic pouches. For larger lots I try and pack well in sturdy cardboard boxes which I cover well in heavy duty brown parcel tape to provide protection and some degree of waterproofing. Posting and packing is expensive and time consuming - it is the part I enjoy the least of being a self employed philatelist.
