DESCRIPTION
The Miller Scratch Fix Pen is a simple felt-tip wood stain pen made for quick touch-ups on timber furniture, flooring and woodwork. It helps disguise scratches, scuffs, marks, nicks and small gouges where the surface finish has been damaged and raw timber is showing.
Unlike a paint pen or ink marker, the Scratch Fix Pen contains real wood stain. This allows the stain to soak into the exposed wood grain so the damaged area blends more naturally with the surrounding timber finish.
It is easy to use and ideal for DIY repairs around the home. Lightly apply the pen in the direction of the wood grain, wipe away the excess with a soft cloth, and repeat if a darker finish is required.
This listing is for one individual pen in your selected colour.

WHERE CAN IT BE USED?
The Miller Scratch Fix Pen is suitable for minor touch-ups and repairs on many stained timber surfaces, including:
• Timber furniture
• Stained timber floors
• Timber doors and door jambs
• Cabinets and cupboards
• Timber mouldings
• Antiques
• Wood panelling
• Stained timber window frames
• Stained timber picture frames
• General household woodwork
It is also a handy tool for furniture warehouses, furniture manufacturers, furniture removalist companies, mobile furniture repair technicians and woodworkers who need a quick touch-up solution for minor timber damage.
WILL A SCRATCH FIX PEN FIX MY DAMAGE?
Scratch Fix Pens are best used when the scratch, nick or mark has broken through the lacquer or surface coating and exposed raw timber underneath. The stain can then soak into the exposed wood and help disguise the damage.
If the scratch is only in the clear surface lacquer and has not exposed the timber, a Scratch Fix Pen may not make much difference.
Please keep in mind that this product is not a filler. It colours the damaged area, but it does not fill deep chips, dents or missing timber. For deeper damage, you may need to use a suitable timber filler before colouring the repair.

COLOUR AND SURFACE DISCLAIMER
The timber colours listed for each Miller Scratch Fix Pen are a general guide only. Timber colour can vary greatly depending on the wood species, stain, age, grain, surface finish, lighting and how the original furniture or flooring was manufactured. For best results, choose the closest colour to your existing timber finish and always test the stain pen first on a hidden or less visible area before applying it to the main repair area.
Scratch Fix Pens are designed for minor touch-ups on timber and stained wood surfaces where a scratch, nick or mark has broken through the surface coating and exposed raw wood. They are not designed to repair scratches that are only in the clear lacquer, polish or topcoat, and they are not a filler for deep chips, dents or missing timber.
Results may vary depending on the surface type and how well the stain can absorb into the exposed wood grain. These pens are intended to help disguise minor timber damage, not make every scratch completely invisible.
