  • The Accuphase C-37 is a flagship phono equalizer amplifier developed as a complete redesign of the C-27, which was originally introduced in 2008. It was engineered to complement Accuphase’s 40th Anniversary reference preamplifiers, including the C-3800 and C-2820, delivering exceptional analog playback performance for discerning audiophiles.

    For cartridge matching, the C-37 offers a wide range of load impedance settings. In MC mode, users can select from 3, 10, 30, 100, 300, or 1kΩ, while MM mode provides 1k, 47k, or 100kΩ settings. This flexibility allows precise optimization for virtually any phono cartridge. In addition, the built-in GAIN function can increase gain up to 70dB, ensuring adequate output even when using very low-output MC cartridges.

    The unit features three independent phono inputs, allowing multiple turntables or tonearms to be connected simultaneously. For outputs, both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA connections are provided. A balanced output polarity selector switch on the rear panel further enhances system compatibility and installation flexibility.

    Combining advanced circuitry, extensive adjustability, and outstanding build quality, the Accuphase C-37 remains one of the finest standalone phono equalizer amplifiers ever produced by Accuphase.
