This auction is for a very rare Wayne Husted design tumbler from 1955. He designed three variations on this theme - one with applied cat and bird buttons, one with four applied bird buttons, and this one with a "bracelet" embossed with stylized birds swirling around the tumbler, design 5514. The bracelet is in Turquoise color. At 6.5" tall, this is the highball size. The diameter at the top is about 3.75". Considering it is over seventy years old, it is in great condition. Just two things to note: the last .25" or so of the wrap at the small end is missing (see photos 4 and 6) and there appears to be a very thin thread of glass that extends away from the small end (see photo 5). Other than that it's a great piece. These don't come up for sale very often, so don't miss your chance!
