Needs a battery.  Needs a connection cord.  I did plug in a cord I have to it, and the screen lit up, and said it "No Battery."

Don't know if it is locked or unlocked.  I am selling it AS IS.  No refunds.  

To keep shipping where I can send it Expedited Lite, it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed in a bubble wrap mailer.
