Bound with erratic pagination but correct as per the plate index in volume 1.
Light creases on the top corners of many pages but images are not affected. Slight browning to the page edges.
Modern halfcalf boards and new endpaper.
The original front cover is adhered to the front paste down endpaper and the spine is loose in the book.

Courier service to USA, Canada is £35; to Australia, Asia is £45

I only charge actual postage as close as I can estimate it. All parcels are insured in transit.  Courier services such as Fedex may be cheaper than Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger parcels and I normally check the different options before sending an invoice.
