This is a pleated surplice from Gaspard.  Size is XL.  It measures 3 feet 8 inches long.  Shoulder seem to seem it is 16 1/2 inches.  The sleeve length from the seem at the shoulder to the end of the sleeve is 21 1/2 inches.  It is used, but overall in good condition.
