- Remove the detachable handle or grips during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
- Do not heat your utensil empty. Add the fat at the start of the heating process.
- Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Do not cut directly in your dish.
- Cleaning: although it is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
- Wait for your utensil to cool down before cleaning it to avoid thermal shock.
- Storage: protect the non-stick coating from impacts with pan protectors.
