The Uchida AeroCut Classic is the perfect option for the short-run on-demand digital printer. Designed to be compact yet offer a simple operation even when completing complex finishing tasks. It offers a very high level of accuracy with image drift compensation and is capable of converting oversized sheets into multiple products.

The versatility of the Uchida AeroCut makes it ideal for finishing full bleed applications in a single pass. Its rotary slitters, guillotine cutter and depth-adjustable creaser provides the versatility of multiple machines without the costly, manual setup and production times. The trimmed pieces, both horizontally by the slitters and vertically by the cutter, are deposited in the waste bin. Only the finished products are delivered onto the output tray.

The creaser utilises male and female matrix channels to create perfect creases across the sheet, enabling documents to be folded with ease. Creasing performance is optimised via the adjustable 5-step crease depth for various paper types and weights.

Pre-programmed with 263 templates, which are selected from the touchscreen. These templates are loaded for the most common sizes and typical type of work. 21Up business cards, 4 Up Greeting cards, 8 Up flyers and a host of other standard templates are available at the click of the screen. A further 50 jobs can be stored for unique work giving ultimate flexibility in production.
