Antique Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ & Mother Mary Lithograph Prints, framed with glass in antique wooden frames. Circa 1930s. Each print has copyrighted by WOODWARD TIERNAN PRT. CO. of St. Louis. Each frame measures approx. 10-3/4" High x 8-1/4" Across x 1/2" Wide. Comes from a non-smoking home. Items are in PRE-OWNED, USED condition. Both pieces of glass have scratches. These are very old, so the older glass is more brittle than the glass they made later. The glass also has what looks like clear lacquer spots. I tried to remove them with rubbing alcohol and some spots came off, but there are many spots that remain. Both frames have wear, paint loss, scratches, and blemishes. Both backsides are taped. Because of their age, I have not and will not remove the prints from the frames. Both prints have discolored spots, age wear, and age discoloration. It looks like the inside of the Mary frame has some white spots located on the bottom right corner? I don't know if they are dust particles, paint marks, or ?
