This is a Mint Condition RARE (as far as I can tell, these are the ONLY ones of this specific card for sale on ebay at time of first listing) Lot of 2 Botched TOPPS 2025 "FREE PACK" Giveaway Series 1 Baseball Cards, Expired.  This was the 'giveaway' that gave TOPPS a bad name for many new and experienced card collectors and resellers.  That is because the admonition printed on the card, "Enjoy your FREE PACK of TRADING CARDS Courtesy of TOPPS" and the back which said "Find your local hobby shop and build your trading card collection today!" both turned out to be not true at virtually all the hobby shops, retail establishments, and trading card shops all over the country.  NOWHERE on the card, or on the TOPPS website did it mention that you could get the free packs from only a very few hobby shops that you could only find if you scanned the card and scrolled around to find the list of hobby shops that had the free packs.  What was worse is that you didn't have a choice of which cards you could get.  Each of the exclusive and widely geographically spaced hobby shops were sent a small box of series 1 baseball packs that the free pack card could claim, and when those were gone, no others would be given away.  For me, the closest hobby shop was about 20 miles away, and when I called that shop, I was told that the free packs were all given away many months ago.  When I called TOPPS, I was told that TOPPS wound NOT honor their own 'free pack' cards, despite there being NO limitations on the card as to date or number of packs.  Largely because of this debacle, I gave up collecting baseball cards because I wouldn't do business with a company that had demonstrated a lack of ethics or willingness to keep their word.

Only Express Mail has a chance to meet the delivery estimate.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPERS NOTE: I cannot determine or pay any duties or know about quarantine your country may impose on any of my items.  Please check with your local post office BEFORE buying or bidding so you don't get any unwelcome surprises.  International First Class is the least expensive, but also is the least dependable.  Please select your shipping option when buying.

INSURANCE NOTE:  I try to insure every shipment of $20.00 or more by ebay's insurance.  Unfortunately, 2012 postal regulations forbid insurance on certain types of postal shipping services  to various countries.  Also, unfortunately, I now usually only find out whether an item can be insured when I go to make out the shipping label.  If insurance is incredibly important to you, email me before bidding and I will try to see if the least expensive shipping service can be insured.  An example of the international differences is that at this time, Canada apparently forbids insurance on all postal service levels except Express Mail Parcels.  In contrast, I have been able to insure First Class Parcels to both Argentina and Switzerland.  I do not personally insure anything.  UNINSURED SHIPMENTS ARE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
