Vintage New England Reggae Festival t-Shirt  (#28) Size L 100% cotton

Not sure which year of New England Reggae Festival I bought this t-shirt. I attended 1996 to '2004. In 2005, the festival returned as the Ocean State Reggae Festival

Shirt's in great condition. Hardly/rarely worn. No obvious holes, stains, or tears.  Seams in good shape.
