This is a very unusual style clock. It could be a fun one! I believe there is some type of pendulum locking mechanism missing. Selling as-is. It does not run. There are no cracks or chips in the plastic, but you can tell it has patina. It is not a shiny brass coating. It is made of plastic. The top piece is 5" in diameter. It stands 7" tall to the top ball finial.
