This is the Lego Harry Potter Set 76403, The Ministry of Magic. It is a 990-piece set and comes with nine minifigures - Dolores Umbridge, Corban Yaxley, Pius Thicknesse, Albert Runcorn/Harry Potter, Mafalda Hopkirk/Hermione Granger, Reg Cattermole/Ron Weasley, Mary Cattermole, Arthur Weasley and Dementor. This set is retired by Lego and no longer available at retail.

This box is in very good condition. No stickers, writing, rips or tears. The box has some minor signs of wear and some damage on the corners and edges, and some missing artwork on the UPC code. See pics for more details.
