• Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada and other countries are responsible for delivery surcharge.

• Orders ship out daily from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00PM PST will ship that same day. Unless, we may have to postpone shipment for 1 business day.

• All orders will have a tracking number sent via email within 1 business day once the order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your e-mail filters. If even after that, it is not there, please feel free to contact us via eBay Messaging Tools.

• California shipments will have a sales tax applied.

• For all international orders, every country has varying import duties, fees and custom brokerage fees. Please contact your local shipping carrier and local customs regarding any questions you may have.

Combined Shipping

• We provide an option for combined shipping for multiple items. Combined shipping is easy! All you have to do is click the items you need and hold your payment, then request a total through checkout. We will then combine all the items and will send you a combined shipping invoice to pay.

All returns must be applied within 60 days with the copy of original invoice.

The shipping cost is not refundable. You need to have return authorization by contacting us prior to your return.

CNS Motors warrants its entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 90 days, whichever occurs from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to CNS Motors for inspection and approval.

This warranty does not cover or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have rights that vary from state to state. The above limitations may not be applicable in your states.

CNS Motors A/C Compressor Warranty Agreement

Once a certified technician service has been performed, this warranty will cover the A/C Compressors for 1 year or 12,000 miles(Which ever comes first). However, this warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation; nor does it cover any other contingent expenses. In order to claim the warranty, the buyer must provide documentation of complete A/C service by a technician before or with the returned A/C Compressor.

The procedure for a proper A/C Service must include:

• Clean A/C system with an approved flush, using an approved flushing method. (R141b and Dura Flush are approved)
• Proof of replaced filter drier or accumulator. No exceptions.
• Proof of replaced orifice tube or liquid line that contains orifice tube.*
• Inspection/replacement of thermostatic expansion valve & clean inlet screen.*
• Check for proper air flow through cooling fins of condenser & radiator. (Condenser may need to be replaced. Please ask your technician for details)
• Check for proper fan clutch or electric fan operation.
• Check compressor clutch air gap before installation.**
• Must add correct type & amount of refrigerant oil.**
• After hose assemblies are attached, turn compressor shaft (not just the clutch pulley) a minimum of 10 times to clear oil from compressor (a spanner wrench may be required).
• Check compressor clutch electrical circuit for proper voltage.**
• Check for R134a refrigerant.
• Evacuate entire A/C system for a minimum of 45 minutes if the temperature is above 80 degrees (60 minutes for dual air system or if temperature in below 80 degrees).

Failure to follow the procedure above when installing the A/C compressor will result in a void warranty. 
Keep your reciepts. Buyers MUST Provide Documentation (Parts and Labor) of complete AC Service being done to claim warranty.

Returns: 
All non-installed parts can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. A disassembled compressor cannot be returned. Buyers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
