Yaesu FT-857 FT-857D Front Panel Head unit in Excellent shape BUT has Zebra stripes but still somewhat readable. You can still use it but you can also replace the display-they are sold on eBay from like $50-$70.00. It does take some technical skill to install it.  All controls, lights, switches, encoder, etc work as they should. Color is more even in person and the white that you see at the edges is not there, hard to photograph these sometimes. Sold as is due to Zebra stripes.  Buyer pays shipping for a well packed box. Buy from me with confidence as I have excellent feedback.
