Complete, displayed in a dust free cabinet! This item is used, but the Tarkin is in great shape, please see photos for details, no issues on the boots, overall the figure has held up well. Years ago the glue failed on the flap of his uniform so I put a tiny amount of blue tack inside (see picture) to hold it closed and it is seamless. Vader has some flaking on the arms but the legs are solid, the figure is still displayable in the hands on the belt boxes pose or any other pose where he cape is mostly over his arms (the fronts are better than the backs actually); there is slightly wear on the helmet that can be helped with a bit of polish and I honestly didn’t notice it until putting it back in the packaging. Comes from a smoke and pet free home!
