This is a completed and furnished dollhouse in a 1:12 scale.  Victorian Farmhouse is made by Real Good Toys  With the beautiful 2-story wraparound porch and large rooms. 
The house is so nice you will want to live in it!  Everything attached, in or on the porches are included in the house. The roof looks like a tin roof which modernizes the home. The house is wired for electric, even the little fireplace lights up with a cozy fire.  One light in the top floor is currently not working but easy to change out behind the moveable wallpaper. The house sits on a large homemade turntable for easy viewing and turning when displaying and decorating.  I had fun building this, but it is time to pass on for someone else to enjoy.

The house is quite large, completed size is 34 1/2"W x 25"D x 33" (little larger with the turntable)
