Our purses, shoes and wallets are pre-owned or new in good condition and free from stains, rips, tears, or other imperfections. If any imperfections do exist, we always try to point them out and include detailed pictures, we don't like surprises either!

If anything does go wrong, please reach out to me and I will try my best to make it right.

All packages are shipped next business day, and if possible same day (except weekends/holidays).
