Damage: original cord has been replaced.
Paint (red) has peeled along the bottom 1/3 of the entire base and underwood is discolored. Restoration would be fairly easy to bring this piece back.

Wood body with hand cut colored glass on 3 side (vents on the back side)
Metal base with 2 light bulbs (bulbs not included)
This artistic redesign of a stop light in his mind with bold, beautiful colors.
Each side has 3-4 large piece of glass and the top is a grid pattern with 9 piece of stained glass
