Original oil painting by listed Belgian artist Albert Zamarra (1898–1976). No COA however signature matches perfectly and this was sold to us as his from an art collector.

Mid century European floral still life featuring a vibrant, loosely arranged garden bouquet in a rich blue vase. Executed in an expressive impressionist style with thick impasto texture and visible brushwork throughout.

Signed lower right “Zamarra.”

Verso retains handwritten artist attribution and Brussels address, adding to its authenticity and provenance. Found in Belgium.

Painting is in very good condition for age minus some marks and what may be a small area of paint loss upper left. Frame is in rough condition. Simple wood frame but lots of wear. Some sharp staples sticking out of top. Likely needs a new frame.
