Overall in good condition. 

Manual in great condition, 

Disc in good condition with some light scratches but does not affect gameplay. 

Case in good condition, no tears or rips but does show signs of age with scuffs etc

Will package the game very well and also put some padding on the inside to help prevent the disc popping off during delivery.
