The entertainment industry sends out promotional CDs, "For Your Consideration aka FYC" to voting members who determine the yearly winners in various categories of television shows and films.  They come in unwrapped cardboard sleeves and are not sold commercially.

I use USPS and I only mail to the 48 states in the continental USA, I don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii or any other U.S. affiliated territory or state. Shipping for this particular disc is $4.47.
