We were able to print a demo page(see pics), but after we ran an EEROM reset and erased the hard disk in the service menu, the printer would not move on from the intializing screen(see pics.) We received this from a client of ours, and do not know if there is a simple solution to this issue or not. It is possible that it can be resolved, or that this printer is simply defective.
There is a message that a print head is deteriorating.
Roll 2 cover won't close - one of its springs does not have the proper screw for attachment.
There are some other missing screws on the housing, there might be other missing parts that we are not aware of.
