Early Antique glass in metal, Golden Age, 0827-1845.  Molded glass center  with six-petal floret against a cross-hatched background and plain border (Pattern GAJ-2). Back mark: "ORANGE COLOUR." The button measures 7/16" in diameter; NBS size small. Excellent condition. A really charming little antique button with a lot of history!
