Designer: Michael Harris, a leading figure in British studio glass. Michael Harris founded Mdina Glass in Malta in the late 1960s before later moving on to create Isle of Wight Studio Glass in the 1970s.


Pattern: Part of the "Tortoiseshell" range, characterized by its layered, swirling bands of brown, tan, and cream tones.


Shape: It is often referred to as a "squat" bottle due to its wide, low-profile body, usually accompanied by a large, spherical "ball" stopper.
