You get the exact dolls pictured.  Take a look at the photos for condition.  Sharpay is missing most of her accessories but does come with the red shirt with gold pants and her pink dress.  The red shirt is missing the red gem from the neck.  Her hair has some of its original curl, but is tangled, and she has a few dark spots on her chest/leg.  Gabriella comes with both full outfits but no other accessories.  Her white shirt is fraying at the sleeve.  Her hair is not tangled, and brushes easily.
