This is, as far as we can tell, a full set. We have the original box and both clasps work. There are no additional certificates or paperwork that go with it, just the set. It is a little dusty from sitting in storage for decades, but otherwise in good shape. The stamps can fall out of the case if you tilt it over so be careful. When we ship it, we will most likely remove each stamp and put them in a separate container, so you will have to put each back in place, otherwise we will have to find some way to secure them in the case.
