You are getting 5 filters still in the bag. 3 are manufactured by Fil-Fresh (in box, sealed in bags inside). They have the curved crown top and look like traditional Brita filters. The other two are in sealed bags on the right, they are Amazon Basics brand. They look like picture 2, but they do work on Brita stuff. They have the added advantage of working on Amazon Basics water pitchers too.

So a total of 5, all in sealed bags.
