Open box. Directions show 7 connecting white cylindrical pieces, which is what we have. Each is approximately 17" long. In addition, see hardware in last pic. We believe this is sufficient to assemble and use. We do not see evidence of prior assembly/use. There are a few small spots in which the white paint is chipped, which we tried to show in pics. Can be easily touched up. We will try to ship in original box, but it will need serious rehabilitation before sending.
