This goes inside a standard 2" tow hitch receiver. This will be one piece, although something is inside jangling around when it is shaken. We got it when code was already set, and we have tried lots of combinations, to no avail. Please only consider this if you are patient and mechanically inclined. Does not come with dust cover.
