NILOAK Pottery Vase
5 3/4" Tall - Dusty Rose

A little background:
Niloak is a popular American Art Pottery that was created in Benton Arkansas from 1909 until 1946 by the Eagle Pottery Company. Niloak is best known in the pottery world for its unique Mission-swirl design. The name “Niloak” is the word “kaolin” spelled backward. Kaolin is a type of fine-grade clay found near Benton and used in production.

This example is in good used shape, with some dirt inside from usage. The glazing has a unique defect from the factory, probably from a spot where the glazing wasn't brushed on thick enough. One of a kind!
