Q1:How to reset the DVR system to factory settings?
A1:If you can login your DVR, you can follow up the below steps to reset your DVR system:
Please go to DVR's Main Menu - Setup - Advanced - Reset to reset the DVR.
Q2:The unit has something loose inside?
A2:The rattling noise occurs because the two internal HDD cables remain unsecured without a hard drive. Once installed, the hard drive will anchor these cables and eliminate the noise, as this product requires an HDD for normal operation.
Q3:Why my camera did not compatible with this DVR?
A3:It allows you to connect up to 8pcs 960H, 720P and 1080P CCTV cameras(support up 1080p). This DVR is Not compatible with WiFi camera, IP Camera and PoE camera.
Q4:You got "Video Loss" on one channel or all channels?
A4:If you connected the Zosi cameras to Zosi DVR.
Please check whether the cameras' power supply and 1 to 4 power splitter cable can work well.
You can use another working 12V power supply to connect the camera one by one to test.
Q5:You got "Disk Lost" on the DVR?
A5:The DVR is not come with a hard drive. Please assemble a 3.5-Inch SATA 500GB to 2TB hard drive if you need record.
