Why do some riders feel that the M1-S PRO doesn’t perform well at high speeds?

Please follow these tips to achieve optimal noise reduction at high speeds:

1. Ensure the headphone cable is fully inserted into the main unit port when you use it.

2. The boom mic picks up sound from the side with the arrow, and if the user doesn’t correctly align this side with their mouth, it will face the wind, significantly reducing the intercom's effectiveness.

3. The intercom volume is adjustable. If you find the volume too low, press the "+" button to increase it.

Universal Pairing

The universal pairing mode of the M1-S PRO allows it to be compatible with some other helmet intercom brands, but it may not be 100% compatible with all models. Some devices from other brands may no longer be compatible with the M1-S PRO if they’ve undergone software updates.

Audio Cable

The audio cable lets you communicate and listen to music/GPS simultaneously. If you want to listen to music while communicating with your teammates, go ahead and get it! If your phone doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack, please use a USB adapter.

  • Why won't the unit turn on / charge?

    It could be a battery issue 1. Please use a 5V/1A or 5V/2A adapter to charge the device. Fast charging may damage the battery 2. Avoid riding in heavy rain for extended periods.

  • Do I need to re-pair the device next time I use it? Does the M1-S PRO have a pairing memory function?

    The M1-S PRO has a pairing memory function. Next time you use it, simply turn on all the devices, then press the intercom button on one of the devices to enter group communication without needing to re-pair.

  • My friend and I both use the M1-S Pro. Why can I hear him, but he can’t hear me?

    There are two possibilities: 1. His headset cable might be faulty. Ask him to pair it with his phone and play music to check if it works. 2. Your mic might be defective, causing him not to hear you. Try switching to the soft mic to troubleshoot.

  • How to reset the device? What is the purpose of resetting the device?

    Here’s how to do it: Press the volume button (+) and the function button (the largest button) at the same time for 5 seconds. Some issues can be resolved by resetting the device.

  • How to switch between manual and automatic call answering?

    While the device is in standby mode, press and hold both the intercom button and the volume buttons (“+” and “-”) simultaneously for 3 seconds to set it according to your preference.
