Cambridge
Glass was founded in 1902 in Cambridge, Ohio and closed its doors in 1958.
It
is one of the top vintage elegant glass companies with sought-after
collectibles and replacements.
This
gorgeous serving platter/cake plate appears to have been made during the 1930’s
before they started working with colors. Mt. Vernon Clear is a beautiful diamond-point
textured pattern. This platter measures 14 inches in diameter and is adorned by
an attractive scalloped rim.
It
is in great vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Just a little bit of utensil
markings in the center which is to be expected.
