The glass has a field of very tiny spots on what appears to be the inside surface of the rear group or element, see the photos. Proto fungus? The shutter fires at all speeds and seems to be in the ballpark. The focusing barrel turns smoothly. The aperture and shutter speed rings turn smoothly. Both lens and hood are very clean cosmetically showing little or no wear
