Let’s be honest—this vintage Silly Puppets caterpillar is so ugly it’s cute, and that’s exactly what makes it amazing.

Marked ©1978, Patent Pending and labeled “Another Original by Silly Puppets,” Made in China, this is a genuine late-1970s plush hand puppet. It features a bright yellow fuzzy body, big expressive eyes, a red nose, pink legs with black feet, and two wonderfully chaotic antennae that give it undeniable personality.

Measures approximately 15 inches long. This piece is a true conversation starter and a standout example of quirky vintage puppet design.

Condition

Condition is good vintage overall with honest age-related wear. The antennae show visible wear with small openings, which is common for plush puppets of this era. There is also a small stain on the inside of one leg, noticeable upon close inspection but not visible during normal display or use.

The body remains soft and plush, all legs are intact, and the puppet is fully functional. No major structural damage noted.

Perfect for:

• Ugly-cute collectors

• Puppet and toy collectors

• Weird-core / oddities décor

• Anyone who loves vintage items with personality
