This is a stamped steel plate in original condition. There are scuffs and scratches throughout as well as spot rust. There is an extra hole in the middle of it at the top. I assume somebody used it as a wall hanger. Please see pictures they are of the actual plate that you will receive.

I will ship in a manila envelope between two pieces of cardboard to avoid damage and bending.
