OVERVIEW

The RoadX AP866 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is built to be mounted on all axle positions.

The robust structure and the rubber compound increase the tire's heavy-duty performance. This model can carry and withstand heavy loads without deformation in the process. This tire can perfectly perform by maintaining optimal shape under pressure. It makes this model a great choice for heavy-duty applications. It has a strong structure that can handle big loads and driving pressure. Since the tire has such a tough structure, it offers excellent load handling as well.

The ideal tread design manages to improve the tire's controllability. The ribbed tread design's close road contact increases steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The outer ribs and the close road contact enhance cornering and maneuvering. These elements offer a safe driving experience.

The RoadX AP866 guarantees extended service life. The special silica compound is wear-resistant. In other words, it slows the tread wear rate down significantly. Other than this, the tire also evenly distributes the driving pressure across the tread area, which prevents irregular wear patterns from forming across the tread. The longevity of the even tread ensures an extended tire life and usability.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
