- Description:Offered here is a lot of 2 vintage decals from the state of Rhode Island. Both decals are unused, one depicts a map of the state in yellow with blue for the ocean and the word HOPE in the lower right corner. This decal was manufactured by Lindgren-Turner Company and comes in its original glycine envelop. The second decal shows a map of the state again in yellow with a blue ocean. It also sows the bust of Roger Williams and the image of a building representing the Roger Williams Memorial. This decal, which is titled Little Rhody, was manufactured by IMPKO, comes in a plastic envelop (not original) with a sheet having directions for use. Please carefully review the photos presented here as they are part and parcel of our description.
- Maker: One decal was made by Lindgren-Turner Company. of Spokane, Washington and the second was made by IMPKO of Bogota New Jersey.
- Size: Both decals are approximately the same size and measure ~4 1/8" by ~3".
- Condition: Both decals are in very good condition and have never been used or removed from the backing. The Rhode Island HOPE decal is in its original glycine envelop and the Little Rhody decal is contained in a plastic envelop (most likely not original) but has the sheet with instruction with it. They both have signs if age and some minor soiling and the glycine envelop has some wear and discoloration. Please see photos for additional condition information.
