Vintage Sea Scout Ordinary Rank (Blue on White) Patch w/ Cloth Gauze Backing (1949+) - Approx. 2 1/8" x 3 1/2" rectangle.  White cut-edged border and background.  Design features a typical navy-blue Sea Scout emblem (Eagle/FDL and anchor) above two horizontal bars at bottom on a white twill background.   Has vintage cloth with gauze reinforced backing.  In the Reis Uniform/Patch guide has the SS20A designation and issued from 1949 - 1970's with this edging and backing.  Mint perfect condition!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
